We advance agriculture to ensure farmers increase their income, create economic opportunities and build resilient food systems that benefit people and the planet.

Our Recruitment Process

Heifer’s recruitment process begins with reviewing and shortlisting all the applications we have received. For shortlisted candidates, it involves an initial conversation with one of our recruiters. We also include an interview with the hiring manager, and a minimum of one round of panel interviews to assess the qualifications of the candidates. For technical positions, we may incorporate technical assessments as part of our recruitment process. For the final candidate, we conduct reference and background checks (may vary by location).
